Billy Ray Whitlock, 64, of Johnson City, TN passed away March 20, 2022 at the Johnson City Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his Father, Bill Whitlock, his brother, Anthony Whitlock, his sister, Ruth Ann Guy, his brother-in-law, Ray Guy and Fornie Danner.
Survivors include his Mother, Bernice Trusler Whitlock, his daughter Rebecca Whitlock (Ben), his sister, Patricia Worley (William), Mary Danner, Jeanette Hardin (Clark), his brothers John Whitlock (Teresa) and Timothy Whitlock (Erica).
Graveside services will be conducted April 2, 2022 at 1 p.m. Everyone will meet at Happy Valley Memorial Park.
