Connie Evelyn Edmison

Connie Evelyn Blevins Edmison, 83, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born October 10, 1938 in Elizabethton to the late James L. & Amanda Tribble Blevins. She was a former employee of Denise Lingerie and Life Care Center of Elizabethton. She loved working in her yard, garden and flowers. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Roan Mountain. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Harmon “Bill” Edmison who passed away February 11, 2021 by a daughter: Debra Ann Edmison and a grandson, Jeffery Mark McLaughlin.

Survivors include her children: Billy Joe (Karen) Edmison, Bristol, Tn., Robert Lee (Christina) Edmison of Florida, Kathy Elaine (Jeff) McLaughlin, and Judy Kay (Keith) Williams all of Elizabethton. Six Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Several nieces & nephews. Her sisters & brother-in-law: Arlene (Clarence) Woody and Linda Edmison.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Honeycutt officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be: Lukas Edmison, Adam Edmison, John Williams, Justin Williams, Ed Hughes and Gary Chapman. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family and her special friend: Zeno Black.
