Jack Carson O’Quinn, 94, Watauga, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Haysi, Virginia, he was a son of the late Warren & Carrie Powers O’Quinn. He had lived in Tennessee for a number of years. He had served in the United States Army. He was retired from Paty Lumber Company. He was of the Baptist Faith..In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters: Bonnie Turbyfill, Carmeil Proffitt, Frances Ray and Mozella Smith and two brothers: Warren O’Quinn and Wayne Kiser.

Survivors include a sister: Alta Mae Lockette, Fredericksburg, Virginia, several nieces & nephews. A Sister-in-Law; Norma Campbell, Watauga.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Friends may register their presence at the funeral home Wednesday 1 to 5 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:20 p.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
