Janice D. Colbaugh 75, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1947 in Newport, New Hampshire to the late Cecil & Jean Barton Dodge. She had lived in Elizabethton since 1992. She was a CPA at Raquel McKinney CPA, PC for many years. In earlier years she was employed at Harris-Tarkett. She attended the Elizabethton Church of Christ. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gerald J.C. Colbaugh, a daughter: Tanya Dykes, a step-son: Richard Colbaugh and a brother: Dana Dodge.
Survivors include a son & daughter-In-Law: Michael & Karen Cummings,, Manchester, New Hampshire. A Step-Son: John Colbaugh & wife Tina, Elizabethton, A Step-Daughter: Julia Thornton & Husband Matt of Georgia. Several grand and great grandchildren and several Step grand & great grandchildren. A Special sister-in-law: Delores Lyons, Elizabethton.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Thursday April 13, 2023 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Todd Houston, Minister officiating.
