David Lee Peters, 60, of Bristol, TN, passed away at the Select Specialty Hospital in Bristol on November 13, 2016. He was the son of the late Franklin and Jean Thompson Peters. David had worked for Brock Services doing pipe insulation for 40 years.
Survivors include his children: Cassady Peters of Elizabethton, and Callie Keller and husband Tom of Kingsport; Two Brothers, Frank Peters and wife Charlotte of Floyd, VA, and Steve Peters and daughter Chelsie of Elizabethton. Also surviving are Four Aunts, One Uncle, Several Cousins and his companion, Sherry Houser.
Funeral Service will be at 7 p.m. Friday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Charles Fitzsimmons, officiating. Music will be by Larry Jeffers. Graveside service and interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2016 at Happy Valley Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be selected from Family and Friends. A special thank you from the family to the ICU at Select Specialty Hospital and all the prayers and visits from family and friends.
