Diane Cookie Snavely Sluder, 62, Elizabethton, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, January 21, 2021 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late John Thomas & Virginia McKinney Snavely. Diane was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She loved working in her flowers, going camping, but her greatest enjoyment was her grandchildren. She was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years: Charlie Sluder. Two Children: Michelle Sluder and Jon (Amy) Sluder, Seven Grandchildren: Jill, Lindsay, Neyland, A.J., Heather, Brady and Sam. One Brother: Ronnie (Donna) Snavely, One Sister: Judy (Steve) Potter.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Mausoleum of Faith, Happy Valley Memorial Park with services to be announced at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
