Elmina G. Deloach, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
A native of Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late Roscoe and Estella Grindstaff Deloach. She had lived in Washington, D.C., for several years before returning to Elizabethton. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She loved to read, quilt, cook and work in her garden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters: Anna Mae McCoury, Pauline Gentry, Hazel Pleasant and Mary Cassar; and five brothers: Clyde Deloach, Dana Hass Deloach, J.G. Deloach, William Deloach and Roscoe Deloach Jr.
Survivors include a sister: Laura Deloach of the home; a brother: Floyd “Bobby” Deloach, of the home; and several nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, in the Mausoleum of Peace Chapel, Happy Valley Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Nephews.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
