Mr. Eric Coeburn Cole, age 77, of Chattanooga, TN formerly of Elizabethton passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 in the Parkridge Medical Center, Chattanooga. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Luther and Wyonna Vaughn Cole. He was a graduate of Milligan College and retired from Tennessee Valley Authority as a computer analyst. He loved farming, fishing and attending Nascar races.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Cole. Those left to cherish his memory include a daughter, Melissa Bomar and her husband Brett, Chattanooga, TN; a son, Eric Cole and his wife Lori, Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Evan Cole and Emma Cole, both of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Hannah Beard, Chattanooga, TN and Pam Bennett, Gray, TN and nieces, Jennifer Pritchett, Brandi Millsaps, Laura Beard and Nicole Bennett.
A graveside service to honor the life of Mr. Eric Coeburn Cole will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Everyone attending the graveside service is asked to meet at the cemetery at 1:50 P.M. on Wednesday.
