Mr. Gary L. Dugger, age 63, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late James Maynard Dugger and Dorothy Charlotte Cannon. Mr. Dugger was a firefighter for the Johnson City Fire Department. He was free spirited, fun loving and when his health abled him he enjoyed being outside.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Shane Riddle. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jordan Masters and husband Kevin and Gavin Dugger, all of Elizabethton; a grandson, Greyson Dugger; a sister, Elaine Wilson, Elizabethton, TN and a nephew, Lance Riddle.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Christy Hopson for her care and friendship to the family.
Services for Mr. Gary L. Dugger will be private.
