Lillian Jeanette Campbell Bullock, 89, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at her residence.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Maynard & Pearl Campbell. She was a former employee of Montgomery Ward and she retired from Wal Mart after 22 years of service.
Mrs. Bullock was a Charter Member of East Side Baptist Church, where she was a former member of the church choir, a Sunday School Teacher of the Windsom Sunday School Class and was a Leadership Teacher. She was a member of Sycamore Chapter 163 Order of Eastern Star.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde W. Bullock, January 30, 1993; by a son: Curtis Bullock; and nine brothers & sisters.
Survivors include a daughter & son-in-law: Vickie & Roy Almaroad, Kingsport; Her Daughter-in-Law: Nancy Lee Bullock, Elizabethton; Four Grandchildren: Curtis Bullock and wife, Jesse, Chris Bullock and wife, Stephanie, Maureen Almaroad Covey and husband, Zack, and Matt Almaroad; Two Great Grandchildren: Clyde Covey and Kaylee Bullock; Inherited son & daughter: Sam & Mabel Rogers; Her special friend: Ada Nave; Several Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. L.D. Campbell, Minister, and Rev. Jeremy Rhoten officiating.
Graveside Service and Interment will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014, in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 9:20 a.m. Thursday will be: Sam Rogers, Hunter Nelson, Richard “Jarfly” Dugger, Bill Miller, Jerry Bowman, Matt Almaroad, Bobby Bullock, Curtis Bullock and Chris Bullock. Honorary pallbearers will be her church family.
To those who prefer memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Bullock to the Wounded Warriors Project P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:20 a.m. Thursday to go to the cemetery.
