Linda Gail Campbell

Linda Gail Campbell, 72, of Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord, on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was the daughter of the late June Febuary Bartz and was born in Elizabethton. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Stacey Adams, a daughter, Lorie Rosenbaum, a brother, Charles Hyatt and a sister, Carol Staples.

Ms. Campbell was a loving mother who loved to fish, sew and quilt. She was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Angie Poole, Elizabethton; Teresa Roberts, Johnson City; Greg Adams, Ohio; two special grandchildren, Denny Poole and Brittany Poole, both of Elizabethton; three other grandchildren, Terrie Rokicka, NC; Daniel Roberts, Johnson City; Kelly Roberts, Elizabethton; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, David Bartz, Elizabethton; Bob Hyatt, Elizabethton and a sister, Debbie Carlson, MI. A special friend, Tommy Campbell of Hampton and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A service to honor the life of Ms. Campbell will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Saturday, September 30, 2017, in the Chapel of Peace of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Saturday prior to the service.

The graveside service and interment will be conducted on Sunday, October 1, 2017, at 1:00 PM at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend are requested to meet at the cemetery at 12:50 PM on Sunday.
