Linda was a homemaker and was a member of Unity Fellowship Church. She also a member of the Red Hat Society and volunteered at the Red Cross.
Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Lana Abel Montgomery, of the home; two grandchildren, Brandon Montgomery and wife Briona, of Elizabethton and Melinda Montgomery, also of Elizabethton; one sister, Karen Richards and husband Jimmy, of Hampton; one brother, Ernie Holt, Sr. and wife Becky, of Elizabethton; and several nephews.
A service to honor the life of Linda Holt Hill will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday, September 16, 2019 in the Unity Fellowship Church with Pastor Greg Wagner, officiating. Music will be under the direction of Barbara Trent. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the church, prior to the service on Monday or at the residence of her daughter at any time.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Brandon Montgomery, Ernie Holt Sr., Ernie Holt Jr., Hunter Nelson, Josh Taylor and Ronald Ritchie. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Richards and Robert Montgomery. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at 10:15 AM at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton to go in procession.
The family would like to especially thank the staff of Signature Health Care and also the staff of Amedysis Home Health for the love and care shown to Linda during her illness.
