Marian Elaine Musick

     Marian Elaine Musick, 66, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 in the Life Care Center of Elizabethton. She was born February 9, 1953 in Albuerque, New Mexico to the late Judge Jack & Olena Nave Musick.  She had lived most of her life in Elizabethton.  Marian was a 1972 graduate of Elizabethton High School.    She loved music, animals, arts & crafts.  Marian was a member of West Side Christian Church, where she loved to sing in the choir when her health permitted.

Survivors include her Brothers & Sister-in-law: Dr. David W. Musick, Roanoke, Virginia and Mark D. & Teresa Musick, Elizabethton.  Her special aunt: Betty Anderson.  Several nieces & nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2019  in the West Side Christian Church with Dr. Greg Key officiating.  Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park.  Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the church at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday will be: Eddie Butler, Charles Hayes, Joey Bowers, Carter Guess, Weston Jeffers and David Griffey.  The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Life Care Center, Hillview Health Center, the staff of Sycamore Springs Assisted Living and the staff of the 4300 wing, Johnson City Medical Center for all the love and care shown to Marian through her illness.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Marian to the Elizabethton, Carter County Animal Shelter, 253 Sycamore Shoals Drive, Elizabethton, Tenn. 37643.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday in the West Side Christian Church.  Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
