Michael Powell Colbaugh, 43, Elizabethton went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born November 10, 1972 in Elizabethton. Michael was a faithful member of the Beck Mountain Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Herbert Powell Colbaugh, his maternal grandparents: Harold & Pauline “Grandma Moses” Lovelace and his paternal grandparents: Arthur & Nannie Pearl Colbaugh.
Survivors include his mother: Wilma Lovelace Colbaugh. Several Aunts, Uncles, nieces & nephews and his church family, Beck Mountain Baptist Church, whom he loved dearly.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday with the visitation ending with a Prayer by his Pastor Ronnie Campbell. The family would like to express a special “Thank You: to everyone for their kindness and love that they gave Michael throughout his life. Interment will be private.
