Patricia Elliott Roper, 75, Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at her residence. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Vernon and Echo Grindstaff Elliott. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. Pat was a member of Lynn Valley Baptist Church. She was a UT Vol Fan.
Survivors include a son: Wendall Roper. Four Grandchildren. Lekisha Roper, Brandon Roper, Jessica Frazier and Joshua Hardin. One Great Grandchild: Khloe Benfield. Her special friends: Ginger & Dennis Hardin, Tara Ingram, Russell & Pam Harrison, Drusilla Smith, Curtis Newman, Richard & Lois Hardin and Richard Holt.
Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in the Mausoleum of Hope, Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Dennis Wilson officiating. Entombment will follow. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday will be: Richard Holt, Josh Hardin, Curtis Newman, Russell Harrison, Richard Hardin and Rebel Freeman.
