Penny Jean Frazier Oliver, 44, of Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at her residence.
A native of Weber City, Va., she had lived in Elizabethton for a number of years.
Penny was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Penny was preceded in death by her father, Richard Frazier.
Survivors include her husband, Rick W. Oliver; her children, Cherokee Oliver, Elizabethton, Lucus Good and Jesse Good, both of Kingsport, Sarah Rossi and Katie Rossi, both of Weber City, Va.; two grandchildren, Parker Rossi and Jacelyn O’Hara; her mother, Shelby Jackson Frazier, Weber City, Va.; her brothers, Jonathan Frazier, Weber City, Va., and Richard Frazier and wife Tammy, Kingsport; and her sister, Brandy Vaughn and husband Herbie, Greenville, S.C.
Funeral services for Mrs. Oliver will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 11, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Dr. James Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Herbie Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, Tammy Frazier, Richie Frazier, Robbie Ferguson and Jonathan Frazier.
