Phillip Paul Burchfield, Sr.77, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 in the Signature Health Care following an extended illness. He was born November 22, 1942 in Johnson City to the late Conley & Lovada Quillen Burchfield. He was a retired employee of Magnavox. He attended Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Paul Burchfield, Jr., a brother: Kyle Burchfield and a sister: Wanda Bulla.
Survivors include his wife: Pauline Chambers Burchfield. Two Sisters: Charlotte Jones and Gail Perkins & husband John. His Brothers: Jack Burchfield, Wayne Burchfield & wife Susan, Lynn Burchfield & wife Linda, Ray Burchfield & wife Tina and Gary Burchfield & wife Kay. Several nieces & nephews.
A private Graveside Service will be conducted Monday, April 27, 2020 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with the Rev. John Perkins and Mr. Kyler Burchfield officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Friends may register their presence Sunday afternoon or Monday morning at the funeral home.
