Rickey Eugene Hamm, 57, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his residence. A native of Elizabethton, he was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. Rickey served in the United States Air Force. He was retired from the Maintenance Department of the Park & Recreation, Johnson City. He was preceded in death by his mother: Shirley Patricia Roberts Hamm. He loved to ride his Motorcycle and host Karaoke events.
Survivors include Two Sons: Derrick Hamm & wife Kourtney, Bryan Keith Hamm all of Elizabethton. A Grandson: Derrick Colby Hamm. His brother: Steven Lee Hamm. His father: Lee Eugene Hamm, Elizabethton. The mother of his sons: Tammy Hamm.
Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Brian Cable officiating. Burial will follow the service. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m. will be:Derrick Hamm, BryanMiller , Lee Hamm, Tim Carr, Dylan Carr, and Carter Honeycutt. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Steve Hamm and Lee Eugene Hamm. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 12:50 P.M. Saturday.
