Shirley Ann Lyons, 80 of Elizabethton went home to be with The Lord on Friday March 4, 2022 at her residence. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Elizabethton.
Shirley was born on August 24, 1941 to John and Rebecca Pearl Souder of Carter County. She spent most of her career in the medical field as a LPN until retirement from the Home Health community.
Shirley was passionate about her crafts of sewing, crocheting, needlepoint and jewelry design. She loved sharing her creations with everyone and often. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Arron and her sister Jeryldean. She is survived by her brother Doug (Chrissy) Souder, daughters Felecia (David) Livingston, Kelly (Wayne) Bryan. Grandchildren, Kayla Delgado, Kaycee Sturgill, Tyler Livingston, Austin Livingston. Great grandchildren, Genesis Delgado, Xoey & Ala Multidore, Travis “Trey” Livingston, Serenity Livingston, Jackson Wright and many cherished family members.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday March 10, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 prior to the 1:00 service Thursday. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com
