Terry “Ronny” Dugger

Terry “Ronny” Dugger, age 80, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Mary Elizabeth Dugger; and two brothers, Jack Dugger and Gary Dugger.

Ronny retired from the Elizabethton Fire Department after 25 years. He owned and operated Dugger Wholesale for a number of years. He was a member of Southside Christian Church.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 57 years, Harriet Shell Dugger; two sons, Chad Dugger and Greg Dugger and wife Teresa. He was the proud papaw of William “Will” Dugger and Colby Dugger; and a brother, Forrest Dugger and wife Carolyn. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service for Terry “Ronny” Dugger will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Mr. Mike Koruschak, officiating. A eulogy will be provided by Will Dugger. Honorary pallbearers will be Jay Dugger, Harold Bare, David Daniels, Tommy Horton, Gene Bowman, David Bryant, Gerald Livingston and Doug Deloach. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at Happy Valley Memorial Park at 10:50 AM on Thursday.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton or at the residence at other times.
