     Timothy Todd Stines, 52, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital after a brief illness.  He was born September 19, 1965 in Johnson City but had lived  his entire  life in Elizabethton.    He was a graduate of Elizabethton High School.  He owned his own construction company.  Todd was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church.  He was a member of the NRA.  He was an avid hunter who loved to shoot game or just for practice.  He had the biggest heart for his family and friends.  Todd was a social butterfly & would give you the shirt off his back.  He was the best dad, husband & son anyone could ask for.  He left a hole in our hearts that could never be filled.

Survivors include his wife: Leona Bowers Stines.  A Daughter: Brittany Stines and friend Daniel Phillips, a Son & Daughter-In-Law: Michael & Melissa Bowers one Grandson: Benjamin.  His Parents: David & Norma Jean Stines.  A Brother & Sister-In-Law: Robert & Crystal Stines, nephew: Axel Stines.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Sam Ferguson and Rev. Nathan Jennings officiating.  Graveside Service and Interment will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Happy Valley Memorial Park.  Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday will be: Michael Bowers, Robert Stines, Daniel Phillips, Jeff Guinn, Keith Renfro, Keith Guinn, Charles Sellers and Dave Street.  The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to the Staff of ICU, Sycamore Shoals Hospital for the excellent care he received and also Brian Smith.    The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.  Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday to go to the cemetery.   Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
