ELIZABETHTON — Addison Grace Shepherd, infant daughter of David and Donna Collins Shepherd, of Elizabethton, went home to heaven to join the other angels on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Donnie and Patricia Collins; paternal grandparents, Timothy and Sherry Shepherd; paternal great grandparents, David and Ima Shepherd and Ernest and Goldie Hicks, all of Elizabethton; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service for Addison will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010, at 2:00 PM in the Tetrick Funeral Home Chapel of Peace with Rev. Carl Grindstaff and Rev. Kenley Knight officiating. Music will be under the direction of Mr. Kevin Collins.
The graveside service will follow in the Happy Valley Memorial Park, Elizabethton.
The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home chapel from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday prior to the service. Active pallbearers will be Keith Shepherd and Kevin Collins. Honorary pallbearers will be friends and neighbors of the family. Friends may also call the home of the maternal grandparents, Donnie and Patricia Collins, 500 Florence Street, Elizabethton, at other times.
