Bennie Raymond Hutto

Bennie Raymond Hutto, 78, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home. Mr. Hutto served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Lois Ann Hutto; a daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Col. Joseph Anderson M.D., Fairfax, Va.; a son and daughter-in-law, Bennie Jr. and Belinda Hutto, Jeffersonton, Va.; three grandchildren, Kathleen and Benson Anderson, Fairfax, Va., and Zachary Hutto, Jeffersonton, Va.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Wyman and Mae Hutto, Summerville, S.C. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services for Mr. Hutto will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Mark Street officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from friends attending the service. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion and the Tennessee National Guard. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences to the Hutto family may be e-mailed to mfc@chartertn.net.
