Betty Ramsey Coleman died March 14, 2012, at her home in Chattanooga, TN.
She was a native of Buchanan County, VA, and a resident of Elizabethton, TN, for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley M. Coleman; and her brother, Jack Ramsey. Mrs. Coleman was the daughter of Myrtle K. and John A. Ramsey.
She and her husband owned and operated Coleman’s Studio in Elizabethton.
She was a graduate of Ridgeland High School, Ridgeland, SC, and she attended East TN State College.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Beth Coleman, of Chattanooga; and special niece, Kathryn R. Nave, of Evans, GA.
The family wishes to acknowledge her caregivers, Kim Walker and her team, especially LuAnna Narramore, who lovingly cared for her. Appreciation is also extended to Hospice of Chattanooga and Manorhouse Assisted Living.

Graveside services at Happy Valley Cemetery, Elizabethton, at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 17, with Rev. Andrew Olivo officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:55 a.m.
