Helen T. Bullock, 74, of Piney Flats, Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, August 12, 2013 from Franklin Woods Community Hospital. She was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Robert and Martha Bryant Tester. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce O. Bullock on October 12, 2004; and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Bullock was retired from Raytheon and was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church. She loved to quilt and garden. Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Belisle and husband Tim, Johnson City; one son, Tim Bullock and wife Karla, Mount Carmel, TN; six grandchildren, Victoria Belisle, Nate Belisle, and Caroline Belisle, all of Johnson City; Seth Bullock, Noah Bullock and Lillie Bullock, all of Mount Carmel; sisters, Imogene Morris, Elizabethton; and Frances Perry, North Carolina; one brother, Joe Tester, Illinois; sisters-in-law, Patsy Scalf and husband Don, and Mary Perry, both of Bluff City, TN; and one brother-in-law, Eugene Bullock and wife Trula, Bluff City. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service for Mrs. Bullock will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 in the Riverside Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton with Mr. Patrick Mitchell, Minister, officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, prior to the service on Wednesday. The graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Seth Bullock, Noah Bullock, Nate Belisle, Deacons and Elders of Bunker Hill Christian Church. Those who wish to attend the service are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday, to go in procession. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers, may make donations to Bunker Hill Christian Church, 490 Bunker Hill Road, Bluff City, Tennessee 37618.
