image Patrick M. Watson, 48, Elizabethton went home to be with his Lord Sunday, December 26, 2010 in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital.

A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Horace Edward and Billie Faye Howell Watson. He was a graduate of Hampton High School. Patrick was a machinist at Valley Equipment Company, Jonesborough. He was a member and Deacon of Beck Mountain Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Nathan Freddie Watson.

Survivors include his wife: Teresa Gragg Watson. Two Daughters: Delilia Faye and Alisha Ann Watson both of the home. Two Brothers: Eddie & Judy Watson, Elizabethton and Jonathan “Ted” Watson, Fort Mill, South Carolina. Two Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Carmen & Steve Lyle, Watauga and Lydia & Mike Hensley, Greeneville, Tn. Several Nieces & Nephews.

A Service to celebrate the life of Patrick Watson will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Beck Mountain Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Campbell and Rev. Bobby Merritt officiating. Private burial services will be conducted at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Music will be provided by the Church Choir and Rev. Ronnie Campbell. Active Pallbearers will be: Eddie Sams, Lee Cole, Lester Rainbolt, Bob Irick, Donald Davis, Johnny Hobbs, Mark Garrison, Denny Lyons and Steve Lyle. Honorary Pallbearers will be his church family and employees of Valley Equipment Company. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Beck Mountain Baptist Church. Friends may also call at the residence of his brother: Eddie Watson, 146 Nanny Goat Hill Road, and Elizabethton.
